Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Consulting

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Design integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
Develop and maintain technical design documents.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Support deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements.
Provide technical estimations and implementation plans.
Participate in client meetings and workshops.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Quality Assurance (QA) Process Responsibilities

Test Planning & Strategy

Participate in requirement reviews to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Develop test strategies and quality plans for Salesforce implementations.
Review business requirements and technical specifications for completeness and testability.

Test Case Management

Create and review test cases covering:
Functional Testing
Integration Testing
Regression Testing
System Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure complete traceability between requirements and test cases
