Description

You will provide technical leadership and guide a Salesforce team through delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, vendor management, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee project design, configuration, implementation, testing, validation, and service delivery.
• Ensure technical accuracy across designs, documentation, and build activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Define, track, and report performance metrics for delivery initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in hands-on and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• In-depth, hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations, security, administration).
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, preferably including Financial Cloud.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns including SOAP, REST, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.
• Proven ability to influence and coach without direct authority.
• Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
