We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives for internal projects with a leading BFSI organization in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and related Salesforce technologies, along with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Build and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and integrations.
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities across environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
 

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 9+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Technical with nCino platform.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Knowledge of Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment processes.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments, preferably within BFSI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification.
Salesforce Administrator Certification
