Description

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD processes, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 9+ years hands-on.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Technical experience with nCino platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments, preferably within BFSI.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification required.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
