Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, owning the release pipeline and technical quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development and deployment for Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
• Manage integrations leveraging APIs and middleware to ensure data consistency and interoperability.
• Optimize configurations and implement Agentforce capabilities to streamline workflows.
• Implement CI/CD processes using Gearset.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices for configuration and customization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Expert-level understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of Batch and Asynchronous processing modes.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Integrations and Agentforce.
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows using Gearset.
• Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications.
