Description

Lead Salesforce technical delivery and architecture for enterprise cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and release of 2nd-generation unlocked packages, managing versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
• Implement SFDX CLI-driven workflows, leveraging source-driven development, scripting, and automation for package-based delivery.
• Manage scratch org lifecycles, including org shape management and iterative validation in ephemeral environments.
• Develop complex solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning Flows.
• Architect and deploy solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in 2nd-generation unlocked packages and SFDX CLI workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
• Proficiency in scratch org shape management and ephemeral environment validation.
