Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of backend and frontend solutions on the Salesforce platform for large enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, document, and deploy complex solutions across customer initiatives.
• Drive consistent use of proven frameworks and standards across concurrent projects.
• Perform quality control through unit test reviews and system test case preparation.
• Mentor junior technical team members and contribute to team development standards.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure task completion and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Platform Builder I and II certifications.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform offerings and integration design best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end estimating, design, and delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodology.
• Strong ability to translate technical and functional design requirements into code.
• Proven experience in managing complex processes with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications on the Application Architect or System Architect track.
