Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, document, and deploy end-to-end solutions for client engagements.
• Lead programs to drive the adoption of proven frameworks across customer initiatives.
• Manage tasks across concurrent projects with professional status reporting and escalation.
• Perform quality control on developments, including unit test reviews and system test case preparation.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure task completion and adherence to technical processes.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Platform Builder I and II Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of development standards and integration design best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end estimating, design, and delivery.
• Agile development methodology experience.
• Ability to translate technical and functional design requirements into working solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications on the Application Architect or System Architect track.
