Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design secure Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end development including customization, configuration, and integrations.
• Guide developers through code reviews, mentoring, and technical oversight.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
• Manage deployment and version control processes using Git or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
