Description

Lead the design and development of customized Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Account Engagement, and Vlocity clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures and implementation plans for multi-cloud environments.
• Build and implement Salesforce flows to automate complex business processes.
• Develop and optimize Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Oversee configuration of Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Console.
• Translate business requirements into technical data models and actionable development tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, preferably at scale.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations including custom objects, validation rules, and record types.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Experience managing data cleanliness, privacy, and security within a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
