Description

Design, develop, and implement secure Salesforce solutions while managing the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulable Apex.
• Develop responsive front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Configure org settings including Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Page Layouts, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Manage deployments and DevOps workflows using SFDX, Git, and Change Sets.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance for cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Apex development including SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous processing patterns.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Advanced JavaScript skills (ES6, DOM, JSON) with practical experience building LWCs.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools including Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues using Developer Console, Workbench, and browser dev tools.
• Knowledge of deployment processes and version control (Git/SFDX).
• Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS for UI development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing component performance for cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis on complex production issues.
