Description

Lead the technical architecture and development of customized Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce products, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.
• Manage a team of Senior Developers, consultants, and Analysts through coaching and day-to-day direction.
• Design, develop, test, and document custom integrations, data migrations, and programmatic solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions and communicate design trade-offs aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, including Apex Controllers, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs or back-office systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
