Description

You will lead the technical strategy and architectural implementation for complex Salesforce projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce environments.
• Design architectural solutions for project execution teams to implement.
• Lead work streams and manage complex components of project work plans.
• Drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint through the complete project life cycle.
• Communicate technical designs and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical staff.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role.
• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture.
• Proven experience with architectural frameworks and defining new architectures.
• Experience managing large or complex consulting projects.
• Experience developing software using agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
