Description

You will lead the Salesforce development team and drive technical delivery within the Center of Excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team and mentor technical staff.
• Conduct research on new Salesforce capabilities and lead proof of concepts with architects.
• Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices.
• Resolve code and configuration-based defects.
• Enhance DevOps processes and participate in agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing enterprise-level applications.
• Full-stack Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model.
• Expertise in Git.
• Experience working in a Scrum team environment.
• Ability to understand enterprise cross-system integration concepts.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset).
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud.
