Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.

Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven integrations using Platform Events.

Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, data models, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.

Lead code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

Drive Salesforce deployments and CI/CD processes using Git, Copado, or similar tools.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Mentor developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce security, sharing, governor limits, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with Git, Copado, or other CI/CD tools.

Previous experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Architect certifications.

Experience with MuleSoft, Platform Events, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.

Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations
