Description

Lead technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, owning the end-to-end design, development, and release lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
• Design and review integrations, data models, and security configurations.
• Guide developers through code reviews, technical problem-solving, and best practices.
• Manage release planning, environment strategy, and technical documentation.
• Establish coding standards and governance for the development team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript development.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and declarative vs. programmatic design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud integrations and cross-cloud design.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Consultant, or OmniStudio).
