Description

You will lead the technical design and delivery for Salesforce solutions, specifically focusing on Health Cloud and Service Cloud workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Health Cloud and Service Cloud workflows for claims inventory optimization.
• Integrate with upstream systems using REST, Bulk, FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
• Lead delivery through story grooming, solution design, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Govern compliance by ensuring HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and proper role/permission modeling.
• Mentor developers and collaborate across Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, SOQL, and Custom Objects.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
• 1+ years of experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Kafka/MQ, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.
• 5+ years of background in healthcare (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
• Experience with Salesforce tools including Force.com IDE and Apex Data Loader.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology; experience with SAFe is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI agents in Agentforce.
