Description

You will lead CRM development and integration initiatives, owning architecture, design, and deployment for Salesforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment for CRM initiatives.
• Balance hands-on development with team coordination and technical guidance.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Salesforce technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Framework.
• Proven ability in Web Services and API design.
• Experience implementing CI/CD strategies.
• Strong skills in team leadership and coordination.
• Capability in technical documentation and review.

Preferred Skills

• Low code/pro-code development (Agentforce AI Assist, Agent Builder).
• Performance testing and debugging.
