Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for the consumer goods industry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce and Force.com.
• Map functional requirements to appropriate Salesforce features and out-of-the-box functionalities.
• Oversee code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Mentor team members on Salesforce technology, Force.com, integration technologies, and best practices.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project delivery and business process requirements.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, specifically Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• At least 1 full project life cycle experience using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (1–2 years).
• 3–5 full cycle projects in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Mandatory certifications: Platform Developer, App Builder, PD1, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business processes and relevant KPIs.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
