Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring high code quality, optimal system performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Core Development: Design and develop advanced customizations utilizing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, Asynchronous Processing, and Custom Objects & Fields.

Declarative Automation: Build and maintain complex business processes using advanced Salesforce Flows and automation tools.

  Configuration & Customization: Implement robust configurations including Custom Settings, Custom Metadata, and secure sharing models.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

8+ years of hands-on technical development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Deep expertise in core Salesforce development: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled jobs), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

Proven experience designing custom data models (Custom Objects, Fields, Relationships).

Strong command over Custom Settings and configuration frameworks.

  Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Basic understanding of out-of-the-box Veeva functionalities (Veeva CRM ).

Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Have:

  Salesforce Feedback Management: Implementation and configuration experience (Surveys, Action Plans, etc.).

Trigger Frameworks & Architecture: Strong understanding of system-context trigger execution, order of execution, and bulkification best practices.

Certifications Requirements: 

Salesforce-specific certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
