Description

Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and oversee implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Mentor developers on coding standards, solution design, and best practices.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with Life Sciences and Healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical delivery with requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Mandatory expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience managing complex Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform best practices.
• Required experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
