Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to define and drive the technical strategy for enterprise Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise who can guide development teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure high system performance, quality, and reliability.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement best-in-class Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Define, own, and deliver the technical strategy for Salesforce implementations

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical resources

Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Design and implement Salesforce applications following best practices and design patterns

Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability

Provide technical oversight across development, testing, deployment, and support phases

Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and architecture

Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and solution design decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform

3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead role

Strong expertise in:

Apex

Visualforce

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce APIs and integrations

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Required / Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer II

Salesforce Application Architect

Salesforce System Architect

Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred)
