You own the end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and custom integrations.
• Drive AI/ML initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Einstein AI and predictive analytics.
• Mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, data models, and integration architectures for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical implementation experience in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Development and declarative automation tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Cloud and generative AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
