You own the technical strategy and delivery for Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Salesforce implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee Salesforce developers and technical resources.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement applications using best practices and design patterns.
• Provide technical oversight across development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
