You will define and drive the technical strategy for enterprise Salesforce implementations, leading development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Design and implement Salesforce applications following best practices, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical oversight across development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to resolve technical escalations and ensure system quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead or senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, architecture, and limits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application, System, or Technical Architect certifications.
