Lead technical delivery and architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in designing and building scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Implement declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and other platform tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ensure solution adherence to security models, architecture standards, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and security models.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications.
• Experience implementing AI-driven capabilities such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, or generative AI.
