Description

Lead technical design and development of Salesforce-based solutions, owning end-to-end application delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design custom objects, fields, workflows, and automated processes based on architectural requirements.
• Build reusable Apex code and Lightning components following established best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debug source code, and contribute to technical documentation and prototyping.
• Present solution walkthroughs to stakeholders and train new team members.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Salesforce projects in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce Lightning platform and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Strong integration skills using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Practical experience using SFDX tools for development and deployment.
• Ability to design reports, dashboards, and email generation components.

Preferred Skills
