Description

Lead technical delivery for an international banking project, owning the design, build, and management of the Salesforce development team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead a team of developers through mentorship, code reviews, and enforcement of best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects to author Technical Design Documents and ensure adherence to design patterns.
• Manage daily development activities and define the team's development workflow.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• 1+ years of experience acting as a Salesforce Tech Lead.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and technical solution implementation.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ or C1 level.
• Experience with development outside the Salesforce platform, specifically React, Angular, or Java.
• Background in Cloud Computing and Technical Design.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com development.
