Description

Lead Salesforce architectural strategy and technical execution for complex consulting projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
• Deliver architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Lead work streams and manage complex components of project work plans.
• Drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint through the complete development life cycle.
• Communicate technical requirements and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role.
• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture.
• Proven experience with Solutions Architecture and architectural frameworks.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex consulting projects.
• Hands-on experience developing software using agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
