Description

Lead the architecture, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and provide architectural solutions.
• Lead work streams and manage complex project components from an architectural standpoint.
• Provide technology assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
• Mentor team members and enforce best practices in coding and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage the complete project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• 10+ years of programming experience specifically with Salesforce.
• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to define new architectures and drive independent projects.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Experience managing large-scale consulting projects.
