Salesforce Technical Lead

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
• Deliver architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Lead work streams and manage complex components of project work plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure best practices in coding and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience working in a lead capacity.
• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise/solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Proven ability to define new architectures and drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
• Experience managing the complete project life cycle for development and maintenance projects.
• Experience developing software using agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success managing large or complex consulting projects.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in practice development activities and client relationship building.
