Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily development activities, sprint planning, task assignments, and progress tracking.
• Guide and mentor Salesforce developers while managing priorities, deadlines, and delivery blockers.
• Own technical design and implementation for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and platform best practices.
• Oversee testing, deployments, environment strategy, and release management.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with Salesforce governor limits.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of team delivery and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a Salesforce development team.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features, including case management, omnichannel routing, and knowledge.
• Experience designing and delivering Experience Cloud portals or community solutions.
• Proven ability to manage daily team activities, assign work, track progress, and resolve blockers.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take full ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Availability during the development team’s core working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
• Experience supporting public-sector or government projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
