Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions within a healthcare payer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain performant solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring integration with external data sources and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight during product evaluation, solution prototyping, and proof of concept activities.
• Develop enterprise application design strategies, approve SDLC processes, and advise IT leadership on technical risks.
• Establish architecture artifacts, including technology roadmaps, solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns.
• Design and implement Salesforce DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing and visibility, and platform limitations.
• Expertise in Apex programming, LWC/Aura components, and automation tools like Flows and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), or Snowflake.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, n-tier architecture, and data access architectures.
• Experience managing large-scale application systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems using independent judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for bridging business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud, or BPO/OSP model licensing.
