Description

You will lead technical design, solution architecture, and delivery for complex Salesforce enhancements across financial services platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver real-time bidirectional integrations across multiple Salesforce orgs and legacy systems using APIM/Apigee and MuleSoft.
• Drive Agile delivery by writing hands-on code (Apex, LWC, Flows), conducting code reviews, and managing epics and stories.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), integration designs, and release documentation.
• Own platform security, entitlement models, and compliance standards.
• Lead testing strategies using Gherkin, Playwright, JMeter, and Xray, and manage production releases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model, LWC, Apex, and Platform Events.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in Wealth Management or Financial Services Cloud at tier-1 banks or brokerages.
• Proficiency with APIM/Apigee and MuleSoft for complex integrations.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Gherkin, Playwright, JMeter, and Xray.
• Strong background in Agile leadership and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gherkin-based behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Background in high-volume transactional systems.
