Lead hands-on development and technical architecture for scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Develop and optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and complex Flows.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to governor limits.
• Mentor junior developers and guide CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and async processing patterns.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX and source-driven development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Salesforce limits, performance tuning, and deployment strategies.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FSL, CPQ, OmniChannel, or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer certification.
• Exposure to multi-org or large enterprise implementations.
