Description

Lead technical design and development decisions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce architecture and communicate technical choices based on platform best practices.
• Review Apex code and provide technical guidance and recommendations to developers.
• Manage globalization requirements including multi-language and multi-currency application design.
• Identify development risks, platform limits, and technical constraints.
• Guide the team on Salesforce data models and security configurations including OWD, Profiles, and Roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in building components using Lightning Experience and the Aura Framework.
• Proficiency in Apex, including testing, debugging, and managing triggers.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL while managing Governor Limits.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP API and REST API for system integration.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific development patterns.
• Experience implementing one-way and bidirectional integrations with AppExchange applications.
• Ability to design for Force.com platform development.
