Description

Lead architectural design and technical implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for healthcare payer ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain performant Salesforce solutions, including integrations with external data sources.
• Design and implement DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and release management.
• Establish architecture artifacts, including technology roadmaps, solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns.
• Provide strategic oversight during product evaluation, prototyping, and proof of concept activities.
• Guide the project lifecycle by evaluating design options, assessing risks, and resolving complex architectural challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale application systems.
• Technical design and implementation using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Apex programming, LWC, Aura, and automation tools like Flows and Triggers.
• Expertise in the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing/visibility settings.
• Hands-on experience with real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and CI/CD pipeline configuration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Bitbucket.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, data access architectures, and n-tier architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems using independent judgment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud, or BPO services.
