Description

You will lead technical design and implementation across Salesforce Health, Sales, and Service Clouds for healthcare payer solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation via Flows and Triggers.
• Implement real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security architecture, and platform limitations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Apex Programming, LWC, and core Salesforce platform features.
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security architecture.
• Experience with integration patterns using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and Salesforce Shield.
• Certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
• Understanding of Salesforce operational procedures and deployment models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter alongside IICS.
