Required Technical Skill Set
· Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
· Hands on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Data Loads, LWC and Aura Components
· Hands on experience with Salesforce administration and support activities
· Strong understanding of Gearset and Github for source control and release management
· Knowledge on Jira, JSM and Confluence for Project management

Must-Have
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
· Hands on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
· Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Aura component development, including best practices for triggers, test classes, and governor limits.
· Strong experience with CI/CD, version control using Git/GitHub, and deployment tools like Gearset.
· Solid understanding of project management in Jira and documentation in Confluence.
· Experience working in a multi-shore model (onsite-offshore), with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have
· Experience documenting business workflows, developing architecture diagrams, and establishing ITSM process/workflow.
· Provide technical direction and leadership to the offshore development and quality assurance (QA) teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
· Translate business requirements and user stories into technical design documents and specifications.
· Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with platform best practices.
· Act as the "go-to" technical expert for complex development issues, providing hands-on coding and debugging support when necessary.
· Lead the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) process using tools like Gearset and GitHub, ensuring smooth and repeatable deployments
