Description

Lead technical development and implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and program logic to ensure functional specifications and usability meet design standards.
• Develop code using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools while adhering to style and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and fix implementation problems identified during development, integration, or usability reviews.
• Provide technical support and work closely with customers to resolve issues throughout the development process.
• Document code and create user or technical documentation according to standardized requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency with Force.com, Force.com IDE, and Migration Tools.
• Experience with Web Services and SOAP-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Programming experience in Java or C#.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM 201 Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Sales or Service Consultant Certification.
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and RDBMS technologies.
• Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation.
