Lead the design and development of complex enterprise Salesforce applications and integrations on-site in Plainsboro, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Force.com applications using SFDC objects, reports, and workflows.
• Perform independent code development and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems including GA and OneTrust.
• Analyze business problems to propose and implement effective technical solutions.
• Manage user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Force.com design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Lightning components, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SAQL, SASL, and Web Services.
• Strong command of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and XML.
• Experience managing complex implementations within large matrix organizations.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Migration Tools, SOA, and Metadata APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CMS.
