Description

You will lead technical assessments of Salesforce environments to identify risks and improve system health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce architecture, including multi-org versus single-org structures and governance frameworks.
• Review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages for efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate API usage, external system integrations, and middleware connections.
• Assess data flows, synchronization mechanisms, and data quality to identify duplicates or inconsistencies.
• Identify technical debt and propose strategies for reduction through declarative solutions or code optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Apex Classes and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce pages.
• Knowledge of API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Ability to evaluate workflows, process builders, and flows for maintainability.
• Experience auditing custom objects, fields, and relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
