Description

Lead the design and development of complex enterprise Salesforce applications and implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Force.com applications using SFDC objects, reports, and workflows.
• Perform independent code development and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Implement and manage Salesforce Community Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and maintain Visualforce and Force.com pages.
• Manage user roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Lightning components, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, and Web Services.
• Strong command of JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization.
• Experience with enterprise implementations involving complex SFDC objects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Migration Tools, Web Services/SOA, and Metadata APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning experience and Salesforce CMS.
