Description

You lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Architect and deliver complex business process implementations using OmniStudio.
• Guide the team in developing reusable FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Deliver scalable integration patterns for real-time data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise financial systems.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to foster technical growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud (Case Management, Console, Entitlements, Knowledge).
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing.
• Strong architectural background in OmniStudio.
• Proven ability to design complex, guided user experiences and high-performance data integration layers.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade data models and managing secure API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Salesforce platform core functionality.
• Familiarity with GCP native tools or similar middleware for integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automotive Cloud.
