Lead technical development and architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers on technical implementation.
• Design and manage Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Execute Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services.
• Manage and execute Salesforce technical debt remediations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and web services.
• Direct experience working within the financial industry.
• Working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
• Any Graduate degree.
