Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Client Technical Lead with strong Client development and enterprise implementation experience. The ideal candidate will lead and own all technical aspects of Client implementations and customizations, including integrations, data migrations, release management, and custom application development.
Required Experience
Total IT Experience: 10 years
Relevant Client Experience: 8 years
Minimum 5 years of Client platform development experience
Minimum 3 years leading Enterprise Client implementations supporting 300 users
Experience integrating Client with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP
Experience leading at least one complex data migration / ETL effort
Experience working within a global delivery model
Experience with Client integration tools such as Informatica Cloud
Participation across all Client project phases including:
Requirements Gathering
Planning
Analysis & Design
Architecture
Build & Deploy
Support
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own all technical aspects of Client.com implementations and customizations
Manage data migrations, data quality initiatives, systems integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange products
Lead development teams utilizing:
Visualforce
Apex
Java
AJAX
Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for:
Integration Development
Application Development
Deployment
Testing
Iterative Refinement
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and productivity using Client
Define, communicate, and manage release and change management processes
Support CI/CD and Release Management activities
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
Client BA Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current-state and future-state processes, and pain points
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with Product Owners, architects, and technical leads
Recommend Client out-of-the-box solutions and propose custom solutions where required
Prepare and present solution options to Client design authority teams
Perform POC and impact analysis on Client processes, configurations, and data
Create functional solution artifacts and documentation
