Description

Own technical delivery for Salesforce implementations, customizations, integrations, and release management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including architecture, build, and deployment.
• Manage data migrations, data quality initiatives, and ETL efforts using Informatica Cloud.
• Direct development teams using Apex, Visualforce, Java, and AJAX for custom application development.
• Define and manage release, change management, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct impact analysis, and document solution artifacts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce development.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, AJAX, Java).
• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300+ users.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL, and Informatica Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Ability to work within a global delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in BA responsibilities.
