Description

Lead the implementation of technical Salesforce solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology-enabled solutions using Salesforce declarative programming and custom code.
• Build and maintain custom components using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via API Web Services.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical requirements effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with API Web Services and declarative programming.
• Experience configuring and implementing common AppExchange applications.
• Core Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I (PD1).
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Industry Cloud Certifications.
• Salesforce Architectural Certifications.
• Accreditations in Experience Cloud, Loyalty Management, or Data Cloud.
