Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom and standard components using appropriate platform capabilities.
• Implement solutions using Flows, Apex, and LWC while adhering to enterprise design patterns.
• Mentor senior developers by providing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to author technical solutions and maintain design pattern integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working specifically with Financial Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization for large user bases.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
