Define Salesforce architecture and delivery strategies for complex enterprise projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess technology architectures and define Salesforce strategies and roadmaps.
• Design architectural solutions for project execution teams to implement.
• Lead work streams or manage complex project components.
• Drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience working with Salesforce.
• 2+ years experience acting in a lead capacity.
• 3+ years experience in technology consulting, enterprise, or solutions architecture.
• Experience defining new software architectures.
• Experience across the complete project life cycle for development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of developing software using agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success managing complex or large consulting projects.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical staff.
